Raised in Southern Ontario somewhere between Detroit and Montreal, Eddie C began his journey in the late 80s. Initially inspired by Hip Hop and the burgeoning Acid House scene, he began making disco edits taped from late night radio and shortly thereafter began visiting record shops and warehouse parties to discover the music first hand. Record collecting and silky smooth edits have since been a way of life for him, described by many as one of the scene’s heaviest hitters. With releases on a plethora of well loved imprints from Jiscomusic to Endless Flight, Sleazy Beats and Wolf Music, his deep, lush and beautiful grooves, Eddie C’s name and sounds are constantly on the lips and in the bags of some of disco’s most influential figures.
