The Sweden born, Berlin based DJ SPFDJ first popped up on our radar early last year and since then she has gone from strength to strength with an appearance on the Herrensuana boiler room along side Cadency, CEM and more, an appearance on Red Bulls Music Academy’s 20th anniversary party and closing Berghains Säule. Recently we saw the launch of her own label Intrepid Skin with an impressive debut release from close friend VTSS. SPFDJ is no stranger when it comes to releasing regular material – her mixes for Discwoman, HATE and Rinse FM in particular stand out. Ben UFO called her mix for the Hessle Audio show “one of the best guest mixes we’ve had all year – and utterly ruthless too!”

With a recent performance at Reaktors ever impressive Unpolished event and what seems to be a packed year ahead we count ourselves very lucky to get the chance to witness some of the pounding sounds that has saw her rise to the top.
