w/ PLO Man & Wheelman

Thanks to everyone who rolled through to see the Afloat boys tear it down for our 50th party! For our 51st we’ve enlisted a special double header for Lezure 051: Battle of the Men.

First up is Vancouver’s finest PLO Man. A slippery selector we’ve been trying to enlist the services of for a very long time, he runs the excellent Acting Press label, putting out leftfield club weapons from himself and associates, and under Globex, alongside Hashman Deejay and C3Deee. His sets span Detroit-indebted futurism, oddball house records and shining ambient.

Wheelman needs little introduction, as a local legend with genre spanning DJ sets and glittering productions on Huntleys + Palmers and Studio Barnhus as well as being the soundest cat in town.
