Elisco sees Craig Moog welcome the finest names in disco to the La Cheetah Club basement! Join him as he takes us on a journey through the depths of his impeccable record collection, with some amazing guests in tow.

A massive thanks to The Revenge and OOFT! for delivering exceptional sets last month, and to all those who joined us on the dance floor! We continue 2019 with another familiar face, but one who has been a stranger to the La Cheetah Club booth for far too long… SOUND STREAM!

Since debuting in 1999, Frank Timm’s releases under his aliases Sound Stream and Soundhack as well as collaborations with Errorsmith as Smith N Hack have been few and far between, but their quality undoubtably nothing short of outstanding! Best loved for his chopped up disco edits and reworks, Sound Stream grooves are instantly recognisable. Sampling classics as well as long lost gems, over the last 20 years Timm’s imprint has brought us warm, fuzzy, disco cuts complete with his signature deep, sweltering bass, often with heavily looped elements to create very trippy tensions – an unforgettable sound which has left its mark on dance music forever.

A master in the booth as well as in the studio, a look into his record bag reveals deeply dug disco 12’s, dusty Chicago house, club classics and brand new jams. As a DJ he blends, mixes and slices together all of the aforementioned with style and grace – guaranteed to get a floor moving!

As always, Elisco boss Craig Moog will be on hand to get you going – expect high-grade disco flavours and an unforgettable night of music from two of the UK’s finest exports of recent times. Disco heads unite for this one! Could be a while before it happens again…
