Massive thank you to everyone who managed to make it down to the (re)launch party last month – you’re all belters. For this one, we’ve enlisted two very talented local selectors to show off their skills in the form of Rosehips and Wheelman.

One-third of It’s Too Hot Too Sleep, Rosehips has made a name for herself playing around the city, as well as recent sets on Dublab in California and The Lot in NYC. She juggles this with her own shows, International Date Line and her early morning slot, Cheap Breakfast Special, both on Subcity radio – where she served as station manager in 2018 for the year. Her love for music spans all genres so we thought It would be very fitting to let her run loose with Shakara for 2 hours.

What can be said about Wheelman that hasn’t been said already. Everyone’s favourite DJ and all-round lovely geezer Jono will be going b2b with the residents for the last 2. For those who are unaware, check out his releases on Don’t Be Afraid, Studio Barnhus, and his own imprint – Stereotone, as well as sets on Clyde Built Radio and Rinse FM to get a vibe of what the man is all about. We’ve got a lot to thank him for putting on so many DJs in the Glasgow scene right now (including ourselves), so it’s only right we bring him back up from London for this one.
