Returns & Refunds Policy
LCXV Merchandise

All La Cheetah Club merchandise is made to order and produced specifically for each customer based on the size, colour, and quantity selected at checkout. This allows us to avoid over-production and excess stock.
Because of this, all merchandise purchases are final once an order has been placed, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Right to Cancel (Limited Pre-Production Window)
Because all La Cheetah Club merchandise is made to order, your statutory right to cancel is restricted once production begins.
You may cancel your order from the point of purchase up to 7 days before the delivery date specified on your order confirmation.
After this point, your order will be considered in production, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
This applies regardless of reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering the wrong item
To cancel within the permitted timeframe, you must contact us in writing at: info@lacheetahclub.co.uk
Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by us via email.
No Right to Cancel Once in Production
Once an order is within 7 days of the stated delivery date, it is deemed to be custom-made and in production.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Accordingly, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has commenced.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will, of course, meet our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives faulty
- The item is damaged in transit
- You receive an incorrect item compared to what you ordered
If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the fault or error
We may request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
Refunds (Where Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges (including size swaps) due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner.
La Cheetah Club is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues outside our control
- Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
