La Cheetah Club Merchandise

All La Cheetah Club merchandise is sold on a pre-order, made-to-order basis. This means items are produced after orders close, rather than held in stock.

Because of this, shipping timelines differ from standard retail purchases.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated in your pre-order confirmation email
  • These dates reflect production time plus dispatch, not instant shipping
  • Orders will be shipped once production is complete

Please note: shipping dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch & Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email
  • This will confirm that your item has left us and is with the courier
  • Tracking information will be provided where available

If you have not received a dispatch email, your order is still in production.

Delivery Method

  • Orders are shipped using reputable UK courier services
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance
  • We are not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Any applicable shipping charges are clearly shown before payment is taken
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed:

  2. Check your dispatch email (if received) for courier updates

If your order is significantly outside the stated timeframe, please contact us in writing.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.
