BOOKING CALENDAR

In this section, you will be able to see La Cheetah Club’s old calendar with all the current bookings. Also, you will be able to see the new calendar, where all the bookings made in the new system will appear. The new booking calendar will not allow double bookings.

VENUE ANALYTICS

In this section, you will be able to see all the analytics from the website, you will be able to see all countries, age groups and isights to all product interests

INTERNAL BOOKING FORM

Use this section to input our in-house events. This form is strictly for our events only and should not be used to input any external or promoters events. 

STAGE 1 BOOKING FORM

Use this form for first application bookings. This form can be used to get booking information from external promoters when you’re out and about. Get a potential client you don’t want to missout on to fill this out, and all the information will be logged in the system for you to get them booked in.

APPLICATION RESPONSE REPORT

In this report, you will see a full overview of the applications and the response time from us. This will show you all the accepted and declined applications and the reasons for the decision made, and how long it has taken for them to replied to.

FORM SUBMISSION REPORT

This report will show you form responses and an overview as to when the forms are submitted and if there are any problems with the form itself.
